I work in my favourite hang out place...
Starbucks..for 3 days already...
Its really a different experience from my previous jobs (not many also lah! Hehe =.='")
Cos 1st time do F&B ma....

Its very happy that i met a lot of friendly co-workers, supervisors and even my store manager is also very fun type of person. But maybe im new la...hahaha! So naturally everybody will treat me nicer...
Perasan!!!! AAAAHHH~

Secondly, I super semangat and i alr memorize all the frappucino drinks' recipe...
Trust me! its really easy....So today quite a long period of time im helping them to make beverages and refill stock.
SUPER DAMN BUSY!!!! Especially weekends...
Haiyo~ the cashier there shout one name, then you have to be very fast if not the second drink is coming up...Thats why you have to be very very familiar with the recipe..Its very challenging, and fun, I also can cope with it la, just...its really stressful....really like crazy people, ping ping pong pong, a lot of noise and must very fast, even heartbeat also the same....

Ok....so of course, The problems I faced....
Yup, im just a new barista and i know i need to learn from cleaning.
Yes, i accept it and i realyy really understand this is the step i need to go through..
BUT!!!!!! Can The HUMANS in the world be more CIVILIZED a bit or not???!!!
I know its very harsh,
But because i have confidence in myself that i am MORE civilized than them, thats why i am eligible to SCOLD THEM!!!!

Walao...my heart is really really cursing when im doing cleaning...

1st. Ash Trays..
We need to clear all the ash trays in the smoking area and its our responsible to make sure every table has a clean ash tray. Those SMOKERS!!!!! Are they blind or what??! Got ash tray on every table but they still throw the cigarette butts on the floor!!! and all the ashes, fly here and there...all over the place! Finish smoking alr, haven make sure its not burning but throw into the trash can! Then the trash can got smoke come out lo! Make us need to go put off the fire! Although its just minor fire BUT STILL!!!!!!
AND!!!! One person only can smoke until the ash tray FULL!!! Scariness! Can all these people STOP smoking! Everybody knows its bad for health OK! Dun give urself so many ALASAN to smoke! All are bullshits!!!!!! Bad for health BAD FOR HEALTH!!!! DIE DIE DIE!!!!
Okla! You wanna smoke then please be clean, Please think of others! Be Considerate a bit can or not!?! U are RESPONSIBLE for the ashes and smokes you had created...
I appreciate those people who use the ash trays and not dirty the surrondings, this is GOOD! Although they dont love themselves but they still take care of others...

2nd. Wastage
Oh My Goodness! This is super serious!!! Those people who read this post out there. Please keep it mind that, Just take those that you need, do not take for granted!
A lot of people likes to take a lot of packets of sugar but ended up not using...WASTING! You know when i throw all those unuse sugar sachets, its so heartbroken that we watse so much of things! If you do not need that much, dun take SO MUCH! As in you want yourself get Diabetes is it???!!
Somemore, i clean quite a quantity of "UN-finish chocolate cream cake with just a tinsy winsy bite", "UN-finsh Caramel blended coffee with just a small sip", "Chicken Crust Pie with all the chicken GONE, but left the torn-into-pieces-crust" and a lot of other food.
Eh! Ur general knowledge is soooo LOW or your teacher never teach you! You know how many kids or people in another side of the world starving to death, malnutrition, famine...How they need food and look at us, HOW WE WASTE FOOD!!!!!
Dun tell me you cannot finish or full already! THEN ORDER SO MUCH FOR WAT!!!!!!!!!
In addition, Napkins and Serviette. U no need to use so much okay??! Your mouth is not that BIG! And our tables are really clean..Maybe you can take 2 to 3 is acceptable. Take until one whole stack and at last only use a little...WASTED the whole stack of napkins!!!
AHHHHH!!!!!! Love the environment, Save the environment!!!!!

3rd. Class
Starbucks is always my favourite place to hang out. To me, I like Starbucks is because of the quality and standard, and i really think their coffee is nice, and also this place is really a classy place.
BUT THEN!!!!
Surprisingly, today i actually threw a PAMPERS WITH SHIT inside into the rubbish bin....
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shock of my LIFE Seriously! I never thought that this family will put this 'thing' under the table and never bring it with them...I was like, what the hell!!!!
The family dun look like some people that never had proper education before, I think maybe the people that never had proper education are more civilized than THEM!!!

Most of the tables, crumbs everywhere, napkins everywhere, trash everywhere, sugar spilled on the table....HELLO!!! YOU 1 YEAR OLD IS IT??!!!! Or Your mouth got hole??!?!!
Really, THEY ARE ADULTS!!!! I cant believe my eyes also!!!!
THEY ARE ADULTS THAT EAT LIKE 1 YEAR OLD KID!!!!!!
This is a soooo classy place but yet, DESTROY by you all!

4th. Tables and Chairs
Leaving the place, please push the chair in neatly. If you combine tables, please leave the place to its actual position. Some customers came ALONE, but the four chairs are ALL untidy!
What is this??!! I really dunnoe how you sit??!
Dun say those IRRESPONSIBLE THINGS that: You all are hired to do this work!
PLEASE! Other than tidying up the tables and chairs, Do you know how HECTIC is the beverage station?? How BUSY is the cashiering place??! We still got a lot of important things to do OKAY?!
Its not because of the employee is hired to do the work,
Its because of BEING A QUALITY, STANDARD, CIVILIZED PERSON IN THE WORLD!

All the things i have said are really small little things that a simple human unaware of EVERYDAY! Oh my gosh.....Please my friends....aware of it.....
